Summary:

We are looking for a specialist in software development for a full-time position.  Member of the
research and development team, the specialist will contribute to the design and development of our
integrated inspection systems software products.  The mandate is to develop algorithms for image
processing and to design mathematical heuristics that fulfill our products’ requirements. The candidate

Technicien en génie électronique

principales fonctions :

  • Assembler, tester et entretenir les systèmes d’automatisation selon les instructions techniques, manuels techniques, connaissances et de l’électronique à l’aide d’outils manuels et électriques

Field Service Engineer (Europe Based)

job summary

The Field Service Engineer will provide on-site installations, calibrations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of state of the art computer vision inspection systems. The candidate will also provide customers technical support via telephone and remote internet connections. The position requires traveling to different countries in Europe and occasionally to other countries all over the world.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct installation, maintenance and repair activities.
  • Conduct tests to validate performance after installation and service and train customer on system operation.
  • Provides technical support. Evaluate technical issues, diagnose them, create a repair strategy, perform and verify the repair.
  • Effectively prioritize, plan and manage time.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors in the field, fostering a good working relationship.
  • Report to management.
  • Performs all related administrative duties.

Candidate qualifications

  • Familiar with computers, electronics and optics basics.
  • Knowledge of PLC basics.

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare quotes for the various products and services offered and follow up with clients;
  • Support international reps and the Sales Director with customer requests;
  • Create and update sales and marketing tools to promote the company’s products and services: brochures, manuals, PowerPoint presentation of products and videos;
  • Manage and develop the database of customers and prospects in the CRM;
  • Plan and prepare activities related to tradeshows (space reservation, booth design, logistics, invitations and follow-ups of participants);
  • Update the content of the website and create activity reports: number of visits and other metrics;
  • Work with external agencies on corporate image and corporate documents;
  • Write the company’s communication plans according to the targeted markets and ensure the quality of the presentation as well as the language of the documents;
  • Coordinate and perform marketing research on potential markets, trends, types of clients and provide research reports.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • DEC or bachelor’s in marketing, Administration or any relevant discipline;
  • Knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics is an asset);
  • Mandatory bilingualism spoken and written (French and English) – other languages ​​are an asset (Mandarin, German, Japanese, Spanish);
